OXFORD CONSORTIUM FOR HUMAN RIGHTS SCHOLARSHIP

The NCEF is proud to offer scholarships for up to two students ($10,000) to attend the 2026 Oxford Cornsortium for Human Rights. To be eligible, students must be residents of Northeast CT and registered for a minimum of 6 credit hours (two courses) at CT State Community College Quinebaug Valley for the current Fall 2025 semester. Preference will be given to full-time students.

*NOTE – All supporting documents must be submitted in ONE packet NO LATER THAN 4PM on Thursday, October 23, 2025. Application packets should be submitted at the NCEF Office located at the Danielson campus – W222. Willimantic students may submit packets at the security desk at CT State Community College Quinebaug Valley’s Willimantic Campus through 4pm on October 23rd.

Annual Scholarships

The Northeast Connecticut Education Foundation is pleased to offer scholarships each academic year with the application period typically open February 1 through mid-March. Successful applicants will be notified in April and scholarships will be awarded the first Wednesday of May at the NCEF’s Scholarship Night.
