Personal Statement (DOWNLOAD FORM HERE)
This is a very important part of your application. The scholarship selection committee relies heavily on personal statements to aid in the process. Provide numerous reasons and details as to why you should be chosen for a scholarship. You must reference your financial need and any “yes” responses from the Additional Criteria section on this online application. *Note – the use of AI in the writing of your personal statement is prohibited. -

Official transcripts must be submitted. High School students should submit their in-progress transcripts -
